Spring is the season of renewal, but our busy lives often don’t allow time for it. Join us for a journey through movement, nature, and sensory exploration to nurture the body and mind. We’ll flow from an energising morning practice to nature connection and foraging in the park, followed by a light lunch, wild teas, and a down regulating closing practice to leave you feeling ready to bloom. There will be two yoga classes led by Jordan, nature practises led by Max, a beautiful, wild light lunch and a afternoon of community and rejuvenation.
